Their menu is created and made by the Pullman kitchen under head chef Rob Clements. They serve a large grill menu offering the best local Kentish beef steaks to their famous slow roast pork belly ribs. Along with this is some of the finest, freshest fish from the South East. They have weekly changing specials boards, a large selection of small plates to start, frequently changing delicious desserts and of course a Kentish selection cheese board.
