Inspired by magical memories of childhood stories, the Enchanted Faraway Tree gives a grown-up twist to escapist adventure. This captivating hideaway boasts a one-of-a-kind treehouse pod, complete with a glass-domed ceiling, soft blankets, and plush cushions, where you can fall asleep under the stars and wake up refreshed beneath a canopy of fluttering leaves. Pootle back down the paddle stairs and you’ll find a cute mini cooking range ready to fire up for breakfast. There’s a log burner too to keep you cosy and the comforting back-up of central heating (so reconnecting with Mother Nature is an absolute breeze).

The magic continues outside in the secluded garden with a twin open-air shower to get you ready for the day and a wood-fired hot tub to help you unwind at the end of it. There’s a BBQ for dining alfresco too plus a fire pit for toasting marshmallows as you toast your own good fortune for finding such a brilliant bolt hole.

The Enchanted Faraway Tree is the perfect place to escape reality and indulge in a digital detox. Yet the ancient Blean Woodlands - the largest in Kent – are just a short walk away and there are plenty of nearby villages to explore and keep you stocked up on delicious local produce. Please note, there is no TV or WiFi to get in the way of you getting unwound – and we regret no children or pets are allowed.

There is a local pub 5 minutes walk away or trek further afield to the towns of Whitstable and Hernebay for plenty of pubs and restaurants.
