An old canvas marquee festooned with bunting and chandeliers. Long trestle tables decorated with floral table clothes and jugs of flowers. Cricket teas of cakes and sandwiches.


Tea served from an eclectic collection of china cups and saucers. Straw bale seating and a very casual approach to wedding formalities. Pig roasts on an oak fire and apple sauce.

At Brick House Farm they have their own licensed 16th century ceremony barn, complete with straw bales, blankets, fairy lights and chandeliers.

They can provide a full catering package for your special day on the farm.


From a champagne reception with canapes, a cricket tea with cucumber sandwiches and mini scones, to a hog roast and midnight hotdogs, you can be sure that hunger won't be a part of your day.


In addition to being the family home, the farm is a 22 acre holding with a collection of traditional outbuildings that they use for holding a variety of events. They host weddings, private family events, country fairs and corporate events. Brick House Farm is also a successful film and photographic location, having previously welcomed clients such as Boden and Country Homes and Interiors. All of the  events are designed specifically for the customer and they make huge efforts to deliver exactly what the customer wants. Their friendly, informal and creative approach to event planning allows them to be flexible to ensure that everyone concerned is happy.


Birches farm have a range of accommodation options for your guests on the farm, from the famous fishing shack on the pond, to the newly converted caravan. They also have plenty of space for campers, with lovely outside bathrooms. 

There is also the family run Woolpack Hotel in nearby Tenterden, with 6 beautiful rooms that can be block booked for you and your wedding guests. The restaurant at the pub can offer you a function room for a meal the night before your big day and the pub is an excellent place to meet for a Sunday roast after your wedding.
